Mr. Scott Gray has been working with teenagers now for 22 years. He and the qualified workers in the Hobart, and Lake Station area are looking to help teens find their purpose for life. They have great activities and many other opportunities for any and every teen to be involved.

Mr. Mark Maxwell is a senior at Hyles-Anderson College with a major in Youth Work and Development, and a minor in Youth Counseling. He has worked in RUSA for 5 years. Mark worked in the Highland club for 2 years and now is the club leader for Merrillville, IN. He has a great staff of volunteers to help reach the teens in the Merrillville, area.

Hammond

Mr. Randy Lanning is from Southern California. He grew up right outside of San Diego. He was born Oct 3, 1987. He has two older brothers and one younger brother.  He comes from an awesome home! Randy has been working with teens for the last 5 years. He was a youth pastor in Minnesota at the age of 19. Several years ago a census was taken among those in prison. The purpose of the census was to attempt to determine what circumstances would lead one to that end. It was discovered that in nearly every situation, the one in jail, never felt that anyone believed in them.  Randy hopes to encourage and guide teens to making the right choices by believing in them!
